WHAT'S INVOLVED …
A session of Creative Kinesiology or ‘balance’ will take an hour and during this time I work with the client using muscle testing and various clues to track the issues that the body wants to work on.
Creative Kinesiology can have an impact on a huge range of issues both physically and emotionally.
We are the experts of ourselves but we no longer take the time to listen, we have almost lost the skills that are deep inside us and with the work of CK we can dig deep and uncover what is hidden. I truly believe in the power of our own ability and that with the right guidance we can all help ourselves.
MORE INFORMATION …
Origin: Creative Kinesiology is a branch of the growing natural health approach known as Kinesiology. Kinesiology is a blend of ancient Chinese traditional medicine with its understanding of energy in the body, and modern Chiropractic with its knowledge of muscles and bones and how they move.
Muscle Testing: is at the core of Kinesiology. This is a gentle non-invasive way of getting a direct feed-back (bio-feedback) from the body, mind and energy systems. All levels are addressed, body – mind – emotions – nutrition – energy systems – spirit – soul.
What it can work with: The Creative Kinesiology approach is working deeply with energy, helping people to overcome deep seated emotional, physical and energetic patterns which can manifest as aches and pains, illness, frustration with life, depression, lack of confidence, low energy states and a lack of fulfilment or purpose.
How: The therapist and client work together to discover the causes of the problem and the triggers to healing.
What it does: Creative Kinesiology knows that we are made up of our stories – our life experiences contribute to who we are today. Not all of our past is helpful or supportive to life now. By releasing unwanted or unhelpful results of our life experiences (whatever they are) the body, mind and energy systems are able to find a new zest for life and full potential.
Creative Kinesiology is recognised by the Kinesiology Federation of Great Britain and the International Association of Specialised Kinesiologists.
